Forget the Overwhelm... The Productivity Gym Is Open

Jasmine Clarke Season 2 Episode 2

The doors are officially open!

This is your invitation to join The Productivity Gym, a completely different kind of membership for business owners, professionals, and anyone tired of trying to figure it all out on their own.

No more abandoning planners after two weeks.
No more trying to fix everything at once.
No more doing it alone.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why I created The Productivity Gym (and why it’s not like anything else out there)
  • How the Productivity Fitness Test helps you pinpoint what to work on and track real progress
  • What you get inside the membership (hint: it’s packed with support, structure, and small steps that stick)
  • Why founding members matter and the bonuses you’ll unlock when you join now (the annual bonus is bonkers... the value of it means you're getting your whole year's membership for £10...)
  • The real value of what’s included vs. what you’ll pay (spoiler: it’s a huge saving)

If you’re craving clarity, consistency, and a community that helps you follow through… this is your moment.

Doors close Monday 19th May (or sooner if spaces fill).

Give it six months. See what shifts.

Because you don’t need to do more, you need to do what matters, consistently, with support.

Let’s get started.

See you at the gym 💪

If you want to figure out what area of productivity is holding you back, take my quiz at wwwzestproductivitycom forward slash quiz. Now on to today's episode. Hello and welcome back to Productivity with Dest.

Speaker 1:

Today's episode is a little short one, a little bonus, but very exciting, because I didn't want today to pass without an episode telling you that the Productivity Gym is officially open. I cannot tell you how long I have dreamed about creating this space, a place for people just like you who are done with the endless overwhelm, the half-finished systems and the constant pressure to just work harder. And now it's here. So let me tell you everything you need to know and then you can join if it's the right thing for you to do. The Productivity Gym exists not to be just another membership where you get lots of content that you never touch. This is a focused, supportive and action-driven space. So if you've ever started a new system or planner with big intentions, only to abandon it two weeks later, or felt totally overwhelmed, trying to improve everything at once, or craved more structure but needed it to fit to your brain, your energy and your life, or wished someone would just help you follow through, then this is for you. I know that this is going to work because just yesterday I was chatting to someone who said it's the community, the accountability, the doing it together, energy. That's what I'm looking for. I am so tired of trying to figure it all out on my own. Yes, exactly that. You are going to have this supportive community who are celebrating you, who you're celebrating them, and we're celebrating the small wins, the tiny steps, the habits that stick, the long-lasting change. We're not celebrating overnight success. We're celebrating the things that actually change your life, one step at a time. I shared a post a few days ago on LinkedIn and someone commented that the productivity gym feels like such a refreshing alternative to the usual grind, harder work, faster noise in the productivity world, and he asked how does your approach help people stop abandoning systems after a few weeks. Here's what I told him.

Speaker 1:

So members take the productivity fitness test, which scores them across 10 key areas, which are prioritization the ability to focus on what truly matters and avoid getting caught up in the noise. Planning and organization, which is how well you structure your time, break down goals and stand on top of tasks. Focus and distraction. Management, which is the skill in maintaining concentration and limiting distractions. Goal clarity and alignment, whether your short-term actions align with your bigger vision and values or boundaries. The ability to protect your time, energy and focus, both with yourself and others, or energy management, which is awareness and management of your energy levels throughout the day or week. Systems and tools whether your tools and routines support you or create more friction or procrastination. Habits how often you delay action and your go-to strategies for getting started. Mindset, your internal narrative about productivity, success, failure and what you're capable of. And finally, the 10th area is self-reflection and adaptability how often you pause to assess what's working and adjust accordingly. Then, after you've done that test, members choose one area to focus on for the next three to four weeks. We work on building small, sustainable changes that stick. Then, once those new habits are settling in, members retake the test in that area to track their growth, because we celebrate progress. Then we pick the next area to grow or keep building the same one. There is no more trying to fix everything at once, just steady, manageable change that lasts, because so many of us burn out not from the work but from trying to do too much at once.

Speaker 1:

So here's what you're going to get inside the gym the productivity fitness test, which is your starting point, monthly focus areas and goal setting, check-ins and accountability to keep you going. Group calls and community to stop you feeling isolated, and real-time support from me and others on the journey. This is a space where small steps are not only allowed but they're encouraged, and this isn't a place for more stuff to do, more overwhelm. This fits into your life. My founding members really matter and this first group is incredibly special. If you join now, you're not just signing up for support, you're helping to build this. You'll help shape what works, what doesn't and what we need more of, because this is your gym and I want it to work for you. So the value of what you're getting in the gym is huge. So the productivity fitness test is a personalized audit to identify where to focus and track growth worth £47.

Speaker 1:

The private podcast more zest, which is fortnightly, is £25 a month. The weekly application mini kit which helps you apply the podcast is £40 a month. The weekly application mini kit which helps you apply the podcast is £40 a month. The weekly productivity hit sessions, which are 30 minute co-working bursts to help you focus worth £60 a month. The productivity group coaching with me I am a senior accredited coach with the EMCC. I have a level seven in executive coaching. You get access to two sessions a month with me to work through your blocks and ask your individual questions, and that's valued at £100 a month. You get a monthly core workout workshop, which is a monthly themed workshop tackling one of the 10 productivity areas, worth £60 a month. And the supportive community, which is priceless but that daily accountability, encouragement and peer wisdom £ pounds a month. So the total value is 362 pounds a month.

Speaker 1:

But I have a massive saving for you if you join in this founding members cohort and you lock that in for life. So founding member pricing is just 21 pounds a month, forever, even when the price increases, or because I'm asking for a six month commitment. I don't want you to join for a month and not give it its best shot. So join for six months and if you prepare that six months in advance, you get one month free. Or commit for a year. Go all in. You're going to get two months free and a private executive coaching session with me worth 200 pounds, which means your gym membership is essentially £10 for the whole year. It's only £210 for the year, so the value is £362 a month, not a year a month. So for £21, you are saving £341. Over a year that's £4,344 of value. Paying annually, you're going to save £4,134 and get the executive coaching session worth £200.

Speaker 1:

It is a no-brainer if you're finally ready to get that support, structure and motivation you need. So doors are open now, but they're not for long. We officially begin on Monday, the 19th of May, and our kick-off call is Sunday, the 18th at 7.30, where I'll walk you through everything, help you pick your first focus area and we'll get everything going together. The doors are open now, but only until the 19th or sooner if founding place is still. This is an intentionally small group and I'm keeping it that way for now so I can give real attention and build it right. Doors won't open again until October. So if you've been thinking I need something like this, then this is your moment.

Speaker 1:

If you're ready to join, head to the link in the show notes or go to zestproductivitycom forward slash t p g the productivity gym. So t p g, zestproductivitycom forward, slash tpg. Give it six months and see what shifts. You don't need to do more. You need to do what matters, consistently with support, and that's exactly what the Productivity Gym is here for. If you're listening to this and the doors have already shut, head to that same link and you can get on the waitlist for when we reopen in October 2025. See you in the gym.
